Beaded Curtains Provide Privacy
Beaded curtains are an excellent way to provide yourself with privacy while still keeping an open atmosphere. Beaded curtains are mostly used for doorways, closet doors, or behind a bed to add height to a room. Beaded curtains are made to fit standard doors, but they can easily be altered to fit whatever size needed. Common beaded curtains are made of acrylic beads, wooden beads, or bamboo beads. The beads are strung together on string or wire and each strand hangs vertically.
The acrylic beaded curtains are less sophisticated and inexpensive. They appeal more to younger ages because of the bright colors and designs. Acrylic beaded curtains have endless color selection and fun shaped beads such as stars, disco balls, glow in the dark beads and other 70's styles.
Bamboo and wooden beads give a more elegant look. Some of these beaded curtains have intricately designed beads that create a unique curtain. Other bamboo/wooden beaded curtains have hand painted pictures or designs on them. Anything can be painted to get an eye catching curtain or a subtle curtain. The beaded curtains without paintings have a variety of finishes for different shades of wood.
